Mengukur Kesuksesan Pendidikan: Indikator Perkembangan Siswa yang Holistik

Educational success is one of the most desired things in a modern education system. Successful education is not only related to academic achievement, but also includes the holistic development of students, including physical, emotional, social and cognitive aspects. This research aims to measure educational success through holistic student development indicators.
This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources, such as observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that there are several important indicators that can be used to measure students' holistic development, including academic achievement, social skills, emotional well-being, and participation in extracurricular activities.
In addition, this research also identifies factors that influence students' holistic development, such as family environment, teaching quality, and social support. The results of this research can serve as a guide for education stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and education policy, in efforts to increase educational success by focusing on students' holistic development.
Thus, this research makes an important contribution to a more comprehensive understanding of educational success, which not only measures students' success in academic aspects, but also in other aspects that are an integral part of their holistic development.
